C.C.I. was founded by Louis A. Papallo in 2007 in Meriden, Connecticut.  After working with some of the largest Telecom and Networking Companies in the United States, he decided to open a consulting firm to assist those with Computer and Networking needs.  He brings over 15 years of Computer and Networking experience with him to his company, along with his dedication to customer satisfaction.  Joining him are Edward Bagnaschi, a former Naval Officer, who after being honorably discharged from the Navy has decided to continue his career in Networking.  Also on staff is Jeremy Serrano, who has years of PC repair experience and a understanding of both Computer Hardware and Software.
